Project Updates
1) Replace severe rotted deck posts
2) Replace the equipment fence in the pool area
3) Gutters to be cleaned twice a year
4) Buildings A,C,D & F be painted late April or early May
5) Pressure washing for Phase 2 will be done early May
6) The entire roof of a quad (units 117-119-121-123) will be replaced in late April or early May. Instructions will follow.
