Project Updates

1) The irrigation system is in working order. The ongoing schedule will be as follows: Fence side: Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays--Golf course side: Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

2) Painting and pine straw installation has been completed.

3) The equipment fence in the pool area will be replaced in 2026.

4) Because of clogged downspouts, we may need to redirect downspouts on some units to improve water flow from the gutters.
